Refund Policy

1. What you are paying for

The total fee is compensation for strategic work, campaign management and ad spend oversight, and it includes the ad spend budget applied to your campaigns. It is earned as Services are performed and is not contingent on your satisfaction with the pace or final result of subscriber growth. Ad spend committed to the platform is spent immediately and cannot be recovered once delivered.

2. Non-refundable fee, no cancellation for convenience

• Pay in full ($14,000 USD): the total fee is non-refundable once Services commence.
• Payment plan ($15,000 USD in three $5,000 milestones): all amounts paid are non-refundable once Milestone 1 is paid and onboarding begins, and remaining milestones remain payable.
• You may not cancel for convenience and receive a refund of any portion of the fee, and you may not cancel to avoid an upcoming milestone payment.
• Cancelling, closing or removing the channel, or revoking our YouTube Studio or Google Ads access, does not relieve you of the obligation to pay the remaining balance.

3. The one exception: material non-performance

If we fail to launch active paid campaigns within fourteen (14) (calendar) days of the Effective Date, or we cease active campaign management for more than fourteen (14) consecutive days, in either case for reasons not attributable to you, then:

• You give us written notice of material non-performance at [email protected].
• We have ten (10) days from that notice to cure.
• If we do not cure, you may terminate the Agreement, and we will refund the portion of the total fee not yet applied to ad spend or earned management work, as reasonably documented by us.

This is your sole remedy for non-performance. Delays caused by missing channel or ad account access, missing approvals or assets, platform policy actions against your channel, or your failure to respond within three (3) business days are attributable to you and do not trigger this exception.

4. What is not a refund trigger

• Subscriber growth that is slower than hoped, or a subscriber target not reached within a given window - no specific outcome is promised.
• Google's or YouTube's decision on Creator Award eligibility, redemption code issuance or platform enforcement.
• Change of mind, change of business direction, or deciding to run growth in-house.
• Failure to grant or maintain Manager access on YouTube or Admin access on Google Ads.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe something is wrong, contact us first at [email protected] and we will work through it with you. A chargeback or payment reversal initiated without a good-faith basis after Services have commenced is a material breach of the Agreement, and we may pursue the full total fee through the dispute resolution process in your Agreement, plus costs of collection.

6. How to request a refund under Section 3

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Material Non-Performance Notice", your name and channel, the Effective Date, and a description of the non-performance. We acknowledge every notice within two (2) business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of the determination.

7. Relationship to your Agreement

This policy summarizes and mirrors the refund terms of your signed Service Agreement. If there is any conflict, the signed Service Agreement controls. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
