1. Who we are

Fan Bridge Media, LLC ("Fan Bridge Media", "we", "us") is a Florida limited liability company located at 1100 Brickell Bay Dr., Miami, FL 33131. We operate the YouTube Channel Growth Program and the pages on which it is sold and delivered. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us. Name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, channel URL, and the information you enter in an application, agreement or checkout form.
• Payment information. Card and billing details are collected and processed by our payment processors. We receive a confirmation, the amount, the last four digits and the status - we do not store full card numbers.
• Account access you grant. When you add us as a Manager on your YouTube channel or an Admin on your Google Ads account, we access channel analytics, subscriber and view data, ad campaign settings, spend and performance data through those platforms.
• Usage data. IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time on page, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications. Emails, call notes, recordings where you have consented, support messages and onboarding submissions.

3. How we use information

• To provide the Services: plan, launch, manage and optimize paid subscriber-growth campaigns.
• To verify subscriber counts, track performance and produce your reporting.
• To process payments, issue receipts and administer milestone billing.
• To communicate about onboarding, approvals, results, scheduling and support.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.
• To improve our offers, creative and website, and to market our own services to you (you can opt out at any time).

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Advertising and analytics platforms - Google, YouTube and Google Ads, to run and measure your campaigns.
• Service providers - payment processors, CRM and funnel software, email delivery, scheduling, e-signature, cloud storage and accounting providers, each acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers - lawyers, accountants and auditors under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety - where required by law, subpoena, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
• Business transfers - in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice where required.

5. Channel and ad account access

Access you grant is used only to deliver the Services described in your signed Service Agreement. We do not upload, delete or modify your content, and we do not use your channel data to benefit another client. You may revoke access at any time in YouTube Studio or Google Ads; revoking access before the end of the Term prevents us from delivering the Services and does not relieve you of payment obligations under your Agreement.

6. Cookies and tracking

Our pages use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (checkout, session, fraud prevention), analytics, and advertising measurement including Google and Meta pixels. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies are required for checkout to function. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

7. Data retention

We keep client records, agreements, invoices and campaign reporting for as long as needed to deliver the Services and then for the period required by tax, accounting and limitation-period rules - generally seven years. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

8. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transmission, reputable processors and least-privilege account access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it). California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of the EEA and UK have rights under the GDPR. To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

10. Children

The Services are for businesses and creators aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. International transfers

We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards where required.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on this page.
